Set amidst the hill, just only 60 meter above the sea, the Little Fish Hill Park offers a stunning vista, overlooking the beautiful Huiquan Bay and other scenic spots. As the first Chinese classical style Hilltop Park in Qingdao, the Little Fish Hill Park features the beautiful sea scenery, distinctive pavilions, corridors and plenty of flowers and trees. It is said that its construction is the integration of nature, culture and artistic skill. The Park is located at the junction of Yushan Road and Fushan Road, that’s why it is named.
Covering an area of 2.5 hectares, the Little Fish Hill Park is home to various flowers and plants and is highlighted with splendid pavilions. Among them, Lanchao Pavilion is the main attraction. Lanchao Pavilion is a three-storey octagonal structure which is 18 meters high. From there, tourists could see over the distant coastline to the north, the red tiles and green parks to the north. Then, looking toward west, there are the bridges in the Qingdao Bay themed with numerous high-rise buildings of the city. Besides, the Little Fish Hill Park covers a white alabaster mountain landmark with engraved embossment and the miniature landscape of Qingdao's reputed buildings. A stroll in the park is surely enjoyable!
